Founded in 1922 in Salorno – a small mountain town in the Sud Tirol region of Italy –, Joko Domus started out as a small carpentry workshop.
Some forty years later, in 1962 the choice to become a family business led to its expansion into products for the professional food industry. Directed by the family's passion for modern technologies applied to the world of cooking, and thanks to the high quality of the wood and precision execution of its production, Joko Domus established itself as a producer and supplier for both European and international markets.
Since 2003, the company has been managed by the third generation of the founding family and now also caters to the modular kitchen market, producing kitchen carts and cooking stations for both in- and outdoor spaces.
